You will thrive in this role if you have: Occupational health qualifications and solid experience: You have an occupational health nurse qualification and at least several years of experience working as an occupational health nurse, including statutory duties, health examinations and workplace surveys. We use Acute as our patient information system, so experience with it is a major advantage. An innovative attitude and willingness to take on challenges: You want to question traditional practices, are enthusiastic about developing the field and are ready to put new ways of working into everyday practice. Collaborative skills and flexibility: You enjoy teamwork, adapt to changing situations and can build effective partnerships with colleagues and client companies. An independent approach and clinical confidence: You can manage your own company clients smoothly and perform common reception procedures such as vaccinations and sample collection. You are also ready to see private customers when needed. Self-direction and decision-making skills: We do not micromanage. We trust your professional skills and your ability to plan your work and coordinate client relationships autonomously. Organisational skills and resilience under pressure: Everyday occupational health work combines reception duties, cooperation with companies and administrative tasks. You can keep track of your responsibilities and prioritise when situations change. Excellent communication skills: You meet customers, work communities and colleagues warmly and clearly. In addition to Finnish, fluent English is considered an advantage. Pay and working hours: Working hours: Full-time (38.25 hours/week), generally daytime work on weekdays.
