About the role We are looking for experienced profiles in project, program, and change management who want to work on complex projects in Denmark. Depending on the project, you may work with technical implementations, organizational changes, and cross-functional transformation initiatives. You will typically collaborate closely with management, business, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed with high quality and create real business value. Typical responsibilities include project and program management, change management, stakeholder management, governance and reporting, resource, budget, and schedule planning, risk and dependency management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. We are interested in profiles with solid experience in project, program, or change management, experience with complex projects and many stakeholders, planning, coordination, and execution skills, and the ability to work in international or cross-functional organizations.
