Formwork Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced formwork carpenter for a concrete factory in Laukaa/Jyväskylä. The role requires proficiency in formwork manufacturing and working with concrete elements. The candidate should be capable of independent work, taking initiative, and delivering quality workmanship. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and assembly of formwork and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production in the concrete plant. A valid occupational safety card is required, and Finnish language skills are necessary as the site supervisor communicates in Finnish. Experience with formwork fabrication and element work is essential, and strong interpersonal skills are valued as the job involves working with people under pressure.
