What you’ll do - Plan, design, and execute test cases for new features, enhancements, and product releases. - Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities. - Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. - Identify, document, and track software defects while supporting their resolution. - Help improve quality assurance processes, testing standards, and best practices. - Support release validation and production readiness activities. - Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous improvement of our quality practices. Who you are - Experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or a similar role. - Understanding of software development lifecycles and agile ways of working. - Experience creating and executing structured test plans and test cases. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working with cloud-based business applications, enterprise systems, or digital platforms. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. The following would be considered an advantage: - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics 365, or related enterprise technologies. - Experience in field service, maintenance, asset management, manufacturing, or industrial environments. - Familiarity with API testing and integration testing.
