Pexray Oy is a technology company of about ten people, where you will work as part of a close-knit, knowledgeable team. In a small organization, decision-making is agile, responsibilities are varied and you can genuinely influence your own work. About the role As an assembly worker, you will be responsible for manufacturing the company’s devices through different stages, from assembly to testing and dispatch. You will use photographic work instructions and work with both mechanical and electrical components. A typical workday includes assembling, testing and calibrating devices, as well as installing simple software on finished devices. In addition, you will help receive goods, pack shipments and carry out delivery-related tasks. The work also occasionally includes mechanical hands-on work and other assembly support duties. This is daytime work with flexible hours. Working hours are generally between 8:00 and 17:00, and the weekly working time is 37.5 hours. It is possible to start immediately. What we expect from you You will succeed in the role if you enjoy practical work, work carefully and take responsibility for your own work. You do not necessarily need extensive experience in similar duties, but technical interest and good manual skills are important in this role. We hope you have: - Good manual skills and an interest in mechanical work - Technical understanding or some mechatronics knowledge - The ability to work independently and proactively - Fluent Finnish Previous experience in assembly or production work, device testing or calibration, and an interest in a varied and flexible working environment are considered an advantage.
