INNA is a Nordic professional services group specializing in letting, management and administration of apartments, properties and premises. We operate in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark with over 800 property management professionals. We provide comprehensive services for housing and office/property management sectors, including property management services, property rentals, financial administration services, energy efficiency and environmental responsibility services, and appraisal services. We seek a precise, proactive and service-minded financial administration professional for our Hämeenlinna or Helsinki offices, within the Financial Administration unit. You will be responsible for rent control of assigned tenants’ apartments, offices and premises, and management of rental agreements in various rent management systems. Your daily tasks include diverse financial administration and customer service duties: handling customer emails and calls, invoicing rents, service charges and usage fees, monitoring receivables for real estate investors, and managing rental deposits with reporting. The role combines financial accuracy, systematic work and good customer service, with opportunities to use and develop skills in different rent management systems. The work is sometimes time‑bound and busy, so we value your ability to prioritize, keep an overview, and complete tasks within tight deadlines. We look forward to welcoming a colleague who is precise, proactive and service-oriented, with a business or finance education. The role offers a variety of financial administration tasks and integration into a friendly team. Previous experience in accounts receivable is advantageous but not essential; most important is a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. We offer a varied, independent and impactful role in an inspiring work community, with development support and access to Eduhouse online training. Our work culture emphasizes teamwork, flexibility and a supportive atmosphere with opportunities to grow and succeed. We emphasize wellbeing with broad occupational healthcare and Epassi benefits. The position starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found and is a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2027. The role follows the real estate service sector collective agreement (TES).
