About the role
Skydio's Cloud infrastructure team is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance our Kubernetes fleet and core product, impacting drone safety and operational efficiency.
Job Details
Responsibilities
- Re-architect and maintain the Kubernetes fleet.
- Improve and expand continuous delivery.
- Collaborate across hardware and cloud teams.
- Work with security to enhance data and drone safety.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a platform engineer, DevOps, or similar infrastructure role.
- Comfortable debugging and automating Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience with Python or Go.
- Experience with continuous deployment systems.
- Understanding of cloud platform architecture, networking, security, storage, and resilient topologies.
