We are seeking a project worker for Rauma City’s Move! project in basic education, focusing on strengthening children's and youths' active lifestyle in a comprehensive way. The position is fixed-term and runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2027 (or as agreed). The project aims to develop means and methods to increase physical activity during the school day and commutes, and to boost Move!-methods already familiar and effective. Additionally, the project includes planning a structured support path related to Move!-tests. The project is a compact, one-year effort carried out in close collaboration with our city’s sports services, and with school health services to guide students toward a more active lifestyle. The project manager handles the content, development work, and documentation under the guidance of a steering group of experts. It involves visiting school units and close cooperation with school staff. We value enthusiasm for developing an active lifestyle, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a positive attitude. A suitable higher education degree and expertise in basic education and physical activity instruction are required.
