Palveluvastaava works as a shift supervisor responsible for smooth customer service at the traffic station and coordinating the seamless cooperation between kitchen, dining area and market. Duties include guiding other on-shift staff toward a successful service experience and set targets. The supervisor leads by example and participates in daily tasks with other staff. Success is based on shared service and quality goals guiding our daily operations. You will be supported by ABC Koria's skilled team: field manager, traffic-station supervisor, other service supervisors and capable, committed staff. This role can be a stepping stone to more demanding supervisory roles if you are interested. We expect: experience and/or training in travel and hospitality, convenience store trade or supervisory work; good communication skills and ability to guide daily team operations; the ability to give clear instructions and constructively voice your thoughts; a cheerful and responsible attitude; tolerance under pressure and ability to prioritize; basic IT skills; good customer service. The job requires shift-work readiness during opening times. Our working language is Finnish; knowledge of other languages and bartending and hygiene certificates are regarded as a plus. We offer: diverse training and progression opportunities; a long fixed-term contract starting in October; pay according to the retail collective agreement based on experience and education (11.16–14.93 €/h) plus a 10% duty allowance; excellent staff benefits from day one.
