Become part of the multidisciplinary team at Eye Center in Vaasa! We are looking for a new colleague for Vaasa Eye Center. You will not work alone: you will be part of a team where opticians, sales staff, ophthalmologists, and eye nurses work closely together, including store managers Joanna and Heidi. It is easy to join our team regardless of whether you are an experienced professional or just starting your career. - The employment is permanent, with a working week of 20–37.5 hours according to your preference. Start date to be agreed. - Monthly salary for full-time work is €3,200–€4,000 depending on your skills and experience. - You will receive a €2,000 relocation bonus if your work brings you to Vaasa from another location. You will be part of a team working across multiple stores, where opticians work on a rotating basis. We will discuss together which location suits you best, as the distribution of work between locations is fully negotiable. Your work may focus, for example, on Liisanlehto or, if needed, also on Laihia. What does your workday consist of? The most important qualities are: - You are a licensed optician or a student nearing graduation as an optometrist. - Interest in eye health and sales, with a desire to offer customers the best solutions from glasses to eye surgery. - Authorization to use diagnostic medications and work eligibility are a plus. - Willingness to work at all Vaasa Eye Center locations if needed. Knowledge of Swedish is not mandatory; confidence in serving Swedish-speaking customers is sufficient!
