Electronics Hardware Engineer to lead the design, validation, and industrialisation of electronic hardware for connected mobility products. This role focuses on connectivity systems (BLE, GNSS, LTE-M, cellular technologies, Qi wireless charging) and sensor integration, while contributing to powertrain-related hardware development. Key Responsibilities Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic systems, including schematics, PCB layouts, antenna integration, and design reviews. Lead EMC, CE, RED, and related certification activities, coordinating with test labs and external partners. Support and oversee outsourced hardware development with international suppliers. Validate hardware through laboratory testing, integration, environmental testing, reliability assessments, and field trials. Debug and troubleshoot prototypes, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Work closely with firmware and multidisciplinary engineering teams on hardware/software integration. Maintain technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, test reports, and engineering change records. Contribute to the implementation and integration of powertrain systems, including battery management systems (BMS), BLDC motors, motor controllers, and sensor technologies. Requirements: Essential 5+ years' experience in electronic hardware design Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design. Experience with BLDC motor control systems and battery management systems. Familiarity with wireless technologies such as BLE, LTE-M, GNSS, cellular communication, and wireless charging. Proven experience producing schematics and complex PCB layouts (including BGA/LGA packages). Understanding of antenna design and placement within constrained environments. Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools. Hands-on hardware prototyping, assembly, debugging, and validation experience. Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and network analysers. Knowledge of EMC, RED, CE, and related certification processes.
