Crane maintenance technician

This is a long-term, permanent position for a Crane Maintenance Technician. The job involves inspecting, servicing and repairing lifting equipment. Candidates should have knowledge and understanding of mechanics, electricity and hydraulics. The role is broad; not everything needs to be mastered at once, but more diverse prior experience will increase success in the role. Work takes place both at the client’s premises and at projects around the Helsinki metropolitan area. Responsibilities include: inspecting equipment, performing maintenance, identifying issues, and carrying out repairs. Training and experience in electronics/automation is valuable. Common tasks include reading electrical diagrams, ensuring safety practices, and performing preventive maintenance. Requirements: prior experience or training (e.g. electrician, small engine repair) with a solid understanding of mechanics, electronics and hydraulics; ability to read electrical diagrams; valid occupational safety card and at least a Class B driving license; genuine desire to work and develop oneself; honest and proactive attitude.
