The worksite is varied and the applicant is expected to have a proactive and motivated attitude toward the construction field. The job duties include various tasks for a construction helper, such as hauling, cleaning, and protective work. Work starts by agreement and the position may last longer. To succeed, you need a proactive attitude and reliability, a valid safety card, experience in the construction field, and having access to your own car is considered an advantage.
