Team Manager

In the role of Team Manager in Malmö, your focus will be on our employees who work every day to sort and deliver our packages. You will have personnel responsibility for about 10-15 people, which includes monitoring KPIs and employee competence development. The role is both operational and strategic to ensure the terminal operation functions optimally. Your tasks will include: - Personnel responsibility as well as competence development and employee appraisals. - Scheduling and staffing planning, both internally and externally - Ensuring that the business proceeds without hindrance by carefully ensuring that goods come in and out of the terminal according to the timetable. - Continuously follow up, evaluate and improve processes and quality. - Part of the local management team and together responsible for the entire operation in the terminal as well as the work environment work - Transport planning and daily contact with external trucking companies as well as follow-up - Support for other functions that the business requires. - Contact with other terminals in the country. You are also a good communicator with the ability to make decisions and create clarity and structure in a fast-moving organization. We would like you to have experience and knowledge regarding transport planning. - Previous experience of a leading role with personnel responsibility. - You understand that sudden deviations in work can occur, therefore we place great value on flexibility and an ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-moving environment. - Previous experience of scheduling and working according to KPIs. - Knowledge and experience regarding transport planning - Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. - B-Driving License.
