Job Description
Are you an experienced property caretaker or someone with some experience in the field, with potential for the future? Do you enjoy working independently? If you answered yes to both, we want to hear more about you! We are looking for a traveling property caretaker for our client company to perform diverse tasks in the Helsinki metropolitan area. A driver's license and your own car are essential for traveling between sites — mileage compensation is paid for using your own vehicle. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. The work also includes maintenance and repair tasks in residents' homes, so good customer service and interaction skills are essential. A person who succeeds in this role has a proactive and responsible attitude towards work, the ability to work independently, and a desire to solve even the most challenging problems. You will be part of a friendly and professional team where work is done in a positive atmosphere. Work hours are weekdays from 7:16 AM. The employment begins as a temporary agency contract, with the possibility of permanent employment with the client company. You are suitable for this job if you have: * Basic education in the property sector or previous solid experience in property maintenance * An independent and proactive work approach * Good Finnish language skills * Excellent customer service skills * B-class driver’s license and your own car We offer you: * Salary according to the collective agreement or better, paid on time. The hourly wage in this role ranges from €14 to €17, depending on your skills and experience. * A contact person from Worker who is easily reachable and will assist you personally with all employment-related matters. * Comprehensive orientation. * New, air-conditioned workspaces and tools at the client company. * A friendly and relaxed team. * Good work clothing and other necessary equipment suited to the tasks. * Opportunity for permanent employment. * A reliable and honest employer, as well as a financially stable client company. Why apply through Worker: A professional who has found work through us describes it as: "I can trust that they see my potential, what I am capable of, and what challenges me appropriately." We do what we promise. We aim to be flexible, reliable, and fair as an employer and recruiter. In practice, this means: * Fair dealings. You will always receive your employment contract and salary on time. We do what we promise and do not make promises we cannot keep. * Personal service. You will have your own contact person who responds when you call, whether your questions are small or large. You are also always welcome to visit our office — we offer coffee! We have offices across Finland, totaling 14. * We support you. We ensure you have appropriate work clothing and equipment. We also place a strong emphasis on safety at work. Your contact person will support you with workplace issues if needed. * We offer many different work opportunities. Whether your goal is to excel in your field, work casually in the industry, or switch to a completely new field, we have opportunities across Finland. We can also help you find a new direction in your career.
