Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a shift supervisor for the Porin region for Satakunnan Osuuskaupan’s assignment. The position is full-time and permanent. The role combines practical supervisory work in security services with participation in daily guarding operations, and includes office responsibilities to support leadership, client relations, and the ongoing development of security services. As a shift supervisor you will lead and onboard security personnel at market units under Satakunnan Osuuskaupa and Securitas, with support from the site supervisor and unit manager. Your duties include daily guarding tasks to maintain a strong link to site activities and customer needs, as well as office work enabling quality leadership and long-term customer security service improvements in collaboration with the client. Work is primarily weekdays, with occasional evenings and weekends. You will have access to the expertise within a large organization. Your tasks are supported by each site supervisor and the service supervisor acting as your deputy and the unit head.
