Practical Nurse

Role overview: The position at Esperi Koti Vanttauskoski involves guided care and nursing duties tailored to each resident’s needs, with safe medication administration as part of holistic rehabilitation. You will plan and implement individual support measures and activities, promote residents’ participation in community activities and hobbies, and mainly work independently. Employment type: permanent, paid hourly with a 0–115h/3 weeks schedule and 2-shift rotation. Start as soon as possible. Salary follows the private social services collective agreement; base monthly pay for a practical nurse is 2,493.06–2,719.93 €/month (from 1 Sep 2026), with hourly pay for part-time workers and possible shift allowances. Requirements: valid nursing qualification for a practical nurse, current medication permissions or willingness to obtain, hygienic certificate, vaccination protection as required by infectious diseases act, good Finnish language skills. Experience with mental health rehabilitation is a plus. A criminal record extract is requested. Why join us?
