We are looking for a cook for Ylläs at Restaurant Rouhe. The restaurant was established in November 2013 in Äkäslompolo village, Ylläs. It offers mainly domestic ingredients and modern foreign delicacies. It is a quality family restaurant serving tasty à la carte dishes and delicious pizzas. The restaurant combines the pure ingredients of Lapland with styles and flavors from other countries. Almost everything is made from scratch, and it shows. The job involves preparing à la carte dishes and various kitchen tasks. The candidate must have vocational training and several years of experience in preparing à la carte food, with a genuine desire to create delightful flavors for Finnish and international travelers. The work starts as soon as possible and lasts until April. The salary is approximately 15-17€/h depending on skills. Accommodation nearby can be arranged at a low cost. The employee will be employed through Lisäpalvelu Pohjois-Suomi Oy, which provides support and security throughout the employment. Requirements include experience in à la carte cooking, good teamwork skills, positive attitude, adaptability, and Finnish language skills. A hygiene passport is required.
