Environmental Advisor

We are seeking 2-3 energetic Environmental Advisors to join our sunny team at Messukeskus in Pasila for an open-ended gig-based role. The Environmental Advisor will guide our customers at Messukeskus on recycling and environmental responsibility. The role is varied and requires independent customer service in a busy environment where you will meet many people, including event builders and exhibitors. Your duties include: guiding customers to find the correct recycling points; providing information and guidance on correct recycling practices; upselling cleaning and recycling services; ensuring safety in all activities. We expect you to have: a proactive and independent approach; excellent customer service skills; the ability to engage with and guide diverse people; interest in and understanding of recycling and environmental issues; fluent Finnish and English for communicating with customers and staff. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 22:00, with gig-based hours depending on the event hall’s varying needs, 0–37.5 h/week.
