Cashier

A new Biltema department store in Kokkola seeks a permanent, full-time Cashier, Customer Service and Café Supervisor. The role involves managing the tills, customer service desk and Biltema Café operations, ensuring cashier routines and store cash handling are correct, handling complaints and returns properly, and training new staff. Café duties include overall responsibility for Biltema Cafes operations, ensuring smooth daily activities and training of café staff. You will be part of the store's management team and, on your shift, oversee the entire store’s operations, while also engaging with customers. We expect commercial education or experience in retail/hypermarket, good interpersonal skills and an interest in supervisory tasks, the ability to take responsibility, a positive work attitude and flexibility. Availability for all store shifts (morning, evening, weekends) is required. Finnish language plus English and Swedish are advantageous.
