Sales Director

Lead international growth across four global leading brands Nammo Lapua, Vihtavuori, SK and Berger. Responsible for a sales portfolio covering over 50 international markets. A broad commercial leadership role shaping markets, distribution channels, customer relationships, and production priorities as an integrated business. Reports to the EVP, Commercial Ammunition; leads an international sales team and sits on the Commercial Ammunition Business Management Team. Your role includes developing the international sales strategy and leading its execution across approximately 30 markets. You will work with local teams in the United States and other markets to align priorities and support global development. Responsibilities include guiding markets, product lines and partnerships, forecasting, and lifecycle management. You will travel internationally.
