Project Manager

Adecco is recruiting a Project Manager for construction and marina contracts to join our client’s team. The role involves planning, coordinating and leading projects in close collaboration with clients, consultants and production to ensure targets for time, quality, cost and safety are met. The projects may include docks, piers, ferries, quays and other water-related structures. Responsibilities include project management of civil and marina contracting projects, scheduling and production control, procurement and supplier coordination, interfacing between clients, consultants and production, monitoring quality, safety and production, and contributing to bid calculations when needed. The ideal candidate has a technical education (preferably in construction or civil engineering), experience in construction or Civil works, is a natural team player with good cooperation skills and is fluent in Swedish and Finnish. They should work in a structured, solution-oriented and responsible manner, with the ability to drive projects forward and build good relations with customers and partners.
