Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

Varhaiskasvatuksen laaja-alainen erityisopettaja (bilingual Finnish-English) sought for Y.E.S. Daycare in Vantaa. Responsibilities include assessing children's support needs, planning and implementing support, and evaluating the effectiveness of support in collaboration with the rest of the early childhood staff. You will help develop an inclusive practice culture with the director, participate in planning/evaluation processes, and ensure targeted support is directed where needed. Strong pedagogical expertise and close cooperation with stakeholders are emphasized. You will work with staff, the director, and other child-and-family-service actors.
