Courier Fleet Specialist

As a Courier Fleet Specialist, you are part of the Operations team and report directly to the Central Operations Manager. You are the link between Instabee and our external transport partners, ensuring sufficient delivery capacity, maintaining high quality, and enabling partners to grow with us. The role involves relationship management, operational oversight, and continuous improvement. You will visit terminals and transport partners regularly to stay informed and respond quickly to operational needs. Responsibilities include managing the partner network, monitoring performance and quality, ensuring adequate delivery capacity during peak times, analyzing operational data, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, contributing to the greening of our delivery fleet, and collaborating with teams in the Netherlands and Sweden. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, fluent in Dutch and English, analytical, responsible, proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial.
