PwC is seeking Associate and Senior Associate consultants for its growing Finance Consulting team. The role involves providing insightful consulting services to financial management, renewing financial processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) using modern technological solutions. You will help client companies make better decisions and improve competitiveness in a changing environment, often participating in broad business development projects. You will work closely with clients' financial management and be ready to implement changes in practice. - Provide insightful consulting services to financial management
- Renew financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM) and operations using modern technology
- Create solutions for key challenges on the financial management agenda
- Participate in broad business development projects providing financial insight

- Collaborate closely with clients' financial management to implement changes

Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a consultant, in a financial administration or controlling role, or as an auditor
- Experience and interest in project-based work
- Experience or strong interest in financial function development, system projects (e.g., EPM, ERP, workflow/automation), core financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R), or business analytics and performance management
- Passion for technology-driven financial functions
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn and develop skills
- Higher education degree (e.g., Business Administration, Production Economics)
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Independent and consultative working style
- Strong social skills and team-player attitude
