We are looking for motivated assemblers in Lahti for a full-time position at a manufacturing company. You will work as part of a skilled production team in modern facilities with high-quality tools. The role includes a variety of assembly tasks where you can develop your technical skills and gain experience in the manufacturing industry. You will receive thorough training, so the most important thing is the right attitude and a willingness to learn. The job is full-time (40 h/week) on day shifts. Requirements: willingness to work in a 2-shift system, a proactive and responsible work approach, a desire to learn and grow, technical field education or experience in manufacturing or assembly. Nice-to-haves: experience in mechanical assembly, hydraulics or other technical systems; ability to read drawings; valid occupational safety card.
