Order Operations Manager - Ookla

The Opportunity:Ookla is seeking a highly organized, process-driven, and commercially-minded Order Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day order operations for all products across our direct and indirect sales channels. In this role, you will be the critical link between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. You will establish and enforce scalable processes that accelerate our order-to-revenue cycle, ensuring high-quality CRM data, driving contract compliance, and managing crucial customer onboarding and RFP workflows. The ideal candidate is fully versed in revenue recognition principles and contracting nuances, acting as a strategic partner to maximize revenue efficiency. Key Responsibilities include managing end-to-end order processing, designing operational workflows, enforcing CRM data integrity, managing onboarding and RFP processes, and ensuring contract compliance with revenue recognition standards. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Revenue Operations, proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, and a strong understanding of contracting and revenue principles.
