Kouvolan kaupungin tilapalvelut seeks a dismantling expert for the period 15 September 2026 – 31 December 2029. Start date negotiable. The role is part of CIRCAIDE (AI Assisted Circular Construction Coordinator) project coordinated by XAMK, with Kouvola city and partner organizations in Tallinn. The dismantling expert acts as coordinator for demolition-related tasks within the city’s project, with English as working language; travel readiness is required. Duties include buyer/observer roles in demolition projects, overseeing planning, guidance and coordination of demolitions. Our team consists of about 20 experts who will support development of our operations. Requirements: higher education in construction or equivalent; minimum 5 years of construction experience; experience in commissioning/contracting supervision/construction site supervision/project work; valid B-class driving license. We value experience in circular economy projects, demolition contracting, project financials and public sector work. Proactive attitude and good people skills and problem solving; good written and spoken Finnish and English and good IT skills. Willingness to continuously develop and train. Salary and terms follow the Municipal Technical Personnel collective agreement; base salary 3481.08 €/month plus possible experience-based supplements. 6-month trial period.
