Project Coordinator role at Marine Alutech. You will support project managers and the head of project management in daily project administration. You will ensure schedules are up-to-date, support contract management, and maintain smooth information flow between the project organization and other departments. The role offers an excellent opportunity to participate in international turnkey projects in a central support function. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating project timelines, tracking progress and reporting, coordinating schedule information, maintaining documentation for delivery contracts, monitoring contractual obligations and deadlines, preparing project meetings and minutes, maintaining documentation in project management systems, supporting cross-department information flow, and developing project management tools and processes. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week. Requirements
- Suitable technical, commercial or administrative training (AMK, Bachelor equivalent)
- experience in project coordination or similar roles (advantage)
- good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project or equivalent)
- understanding of project operations and scheduling
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- fluent Finnish and English
- precise, systematic and proactive work approach
- interest in growing into a project manager role
