About the role

For our Penig site we are looking for support in the parts manufacturing area. Flender, with its headquarters in Bocholt, Germany, is a leading international manufacturer of mechanical and electrical drive systems. For more than 125 years, Flender has offered a broad range of gear units, couplings, generators and related services for key industries. Exciting tasks await you: you are responsible for programming, operating and setting CNC-controlled milling machines. In this framework you will perform program adjustments for flexible processing of orders. You take over the independent handling of ongoing orders according to time standards. This also includes the autonomous final inspection according to drawing specifications. You are responsible for the independent quality inspection and documentation. Maintenance work is also part of your duties. You have a successful completion as a Zerspanungsmechaniker/in or a comparable training in metalworking. You have work experience in CNC machining. You possess a very good spatial imagination and are able to read and understand drawings. In addition to responsible conduct and an independent, reliable and conscientious way of working, you stand out with flexibility, high commitment, team spirit and resilience. You work independently, self-reliant and solution-oriented and demonstrate a high awareness of quality and safety. Willingness to work in three-shift operation and continuous further training and qualification in the vocational field, as well as health and safety, complete your profile.
