Bartender

We are seeking bartenders for Lapland for the winter season on a seasonal/part-time basis. The job will involve serving guests at travel-focused restaurant, hotel and event venues, in Finnish and English with other language skills as a bonus. You will work as part of a professional team in Lapland locations, with duties including drink preparation, serving, keeping the bar area tidy, and helping with pre-service setup and closing tasks. The season in Lapland is fast-paced and shifts can be busy. You should have good situational awareness, initiative and maintain service quality under pressure. The role is primarily delivered in Finnish and English, with other languages a plus. Working hours mainly evenings and weekends, with some daytime shifts possible. Opportunities for long-season employment, optional bartender training and other gig opportunities. Requirements include prior bartending or serving experience, valid alcohol serving permit, strong Finnish language skills and ability to serve customers in English as well; other language skills are beneficial. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, readiness to work in busy times, and a willingness to spend the winter in Lapland. We offer a salary in line with MaRaVa collective agreement: 13.50–18.00 EUR/hour (experience may influence). Flexible hours, housing can be arranged, professional equipment provided, and support from Vision. There is room to develop skills and progress to more demanding roles.
