Sales Assistant

We are seeking a sales professional for our client Valokuitunen Oy to join the apartment-building sales team in Vaasa and Seinäjoki on a permanent basis. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and typically from Monday to Friday starting at 12:00. Valokuitunen Oy builds fiber networks across Finland in urban areas. In Valokuitunen’s apartment-building sales, you will meet customers by phone and email and also perform field work and attend apartment meetings. The role emphasizes solution-focused approach and the ability to present and sell to large groups, so strong communication skills as well as an active and responsible attitude are essential. You do not need prior sales experience as we will train you for everything you need. We are looking for people with a goal-oriented and positive attitude, with a touch of ambition. A driving license (B) and access to a car are required for mobile sales. If a sales career interests you, we offer a fixed hourly wage of 13.50 with commission, giving you direct influence on your earnings. The estimated average earnings per hour for sales in apartment-building sales is about 22 €/h.
