The position is permanent and part-time (20 h/week), and it includes shifts during all the cafe's opening hours: from early mornings to late evening shifts and, of course, also on weekends. Shift Leader's Job Description: As a Shift Leader, you are a role model who motivates others with your positivity and energy. You are responsible for the operational management and supervision of the shift together with the cafe's Coffee Shop Manager and Assistant Manager. You act as an inspiring example for your team and encourage them to do their best every day. In addition, you actively develop your skills as a top-level customer service professional. You are responsible for the cafe's coziness and service during the shift, prepare various beverage and food products, and take care of the cafe's cleanliness. Additionally, an important part of your job is to motivate the team and invest in their well-being and skill development on a daily basis. Salary and benefits: Your hourly wage at the start will be according to the TES. For example, with 0-2 years of work experience, your salary is €14.34/h + additions. We increase your salary by +€0.5/h after your employment has lasted 6 months and another +€0.5/h after 12 months. After a year of work, your hourly wage will be €15.34/h + additions. In addition, our employees receive, among other things, a 50% discount on our products.
