We are seeking an experienced project manager for demanding renovation projects in the Greater Helsinki area. The role is suited for a person with strong background in public-sector projects. Experience in other specialized construction is considered advantageous, as is prior work in project management and alliance projects. You should have at least five years of experience in similar roles such as site supervisor or project manager. As a project manager you will be responsible for the overall management of projects through their entire lifecycle, from design to delivery and handover. You will ensure projects move according to set goals, schedules, budgets and quality requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders, providing expert guidance and ensuring open and clear communication at all stages. As part of the role you will develop and maintain long-term client relationships and participate in expanding the client base, particularly in the office sector.
