Cleaner

This is a permanent cleaner position at Esperi Hoivakoti Kumpu in Kaarina, Finland. The duties include cleaning residents’ rooms, general areas, social rooms, the laundry area, and offices, as well as laundry duties and other supported tasks. The job is performed independently with a second cleaner as support. Working hours are 50% on weekdays, with an expected start date of 1 October 2026. The role follows the private Social Services Sector collective agreement. The base salary (from 1 September 2026) is according to pay grade G16A at 2151.34–2365.84 €/month. Requirements include suitable education or work-experience, a functioning vaccination protection under the Communicable Diseases Act, basic Finnish language skills at A2 level, initiative, responsibility and independence.
