Concrete Element Manufacturer

We are seeking a skilled concrete element manufacturer for a client in Central Finland (Laukaa/Jyväskylä area). The factory produces concrete elements from start to finish, with a particular emphasis on wall, sandwich and balcony elements. Experience with brick-faced elements and thick plastering is a plus. The role includes from reading drawings to finishing the element, and the selected person should be proficient. Work begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found and is planned into autumn with good prospects to secure a permanent position in the client’s main production team. Requirements include experience in element manufacturing, valid work safety card (or ability to obtain before starting), strong Finnish language skills (work language is Finnish), ability to read and interpret drawings, high work ethic, and good interpersonal skills. The employer offers a salary aligned with the candidate’s skills, two pay runs per month, onboarding, appropriate PPE, daily support, and opportunities to advance in more demanding tasks.
