We are looking for a cheerful and customer-oriented reception service worker to join Ninan keittiö's team in a permanent and full-time position at a new restaurant opening in the city center area. In this role, customer interactions are central; you are an important part of our customers' daily lives and ensure a smooth and pleasant service experience every day. You are the first point of contact when a customer enters. The working hours are mainly on weekdays between 6:00 and 17:00, and the workplace is located near Tampere city center with good transportation connections. The job includes: - Multichannel customer service - Preparation of café products such as display products, salads, and specialty coffees - Independent work and handling ongoing tasks - Developing your own station's operations and actively maintaining customer relationships We expect from you: - Excellent customer service skills in Finnish and English - Experience in preparing café products (e.g., specialty coffees) - Good IT skills - Flexibility, speed, and good stress tolerance - Hygiene passport and alcohol serving license The salary is at least MaRa TES 12.21-15.04 € / hour, and we welcome your preferences.
