Attendo is looking for a nurse-qualified Team Leader for the new Attendo Kotikulma in Kirkkonummi, a 24-hour service home for adults with intellectual disabilities opening in October. The role involves acting as a partner to the home manager and providing professional support to the staff. You will help build the operational culture and practices of the new home from the start, ensuring a safe, individual, and meaningful daily life for the 15 residents across three group homes. Key responsibilities include supporting and guiding the work community, participating in daily resident care, managing substitute staffing and administrative tasks, overseeing medication management processes, and conducting RAI assessments and service plans. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders. Requirements include a nursing degree, Love-medication permits (or willingness to obtain them), vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act, a hygiene passport, a criminal record extract, and a social and health care professional card. Previous supervisory experience, experience with intellectual disabilities, and Swedish language skills are considered advantages. The position is full-time and permanent, primarily consisting of weekday morning shifts.
