Northern Finland data-centre project on-site HSE role. The position is a long-term, on-site contract for an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Officer on a major data centre construction project in Northern Finland. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the project HSE plan and procedures; conducting site inspections, safety walks and audits; monitoring contractors and subcontractors for HSE compliance; supporting risk assessments, method statements and incident investigations; delivering toolbox talks and site inductions; promoting a strong safety culture across the project; ensuring compliance with Finnish HSE legislation and project standards. Requirements include previous HSE experience within construction, data centres, industrial or infrastructure projects; strong understanding of construction HSE requirements; HSE qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent preferred; good communication skills and ability to work independently; fluent English essential; Finnish is an advantage; Start ASAP.
