Learn more about us as a workplace at upm.com/careers. We are now seeking an Energy Delivery Supervisor for the Northern region operations of UPM Forests for a fixed-term contract until 31 May 2027. The hiring manager Merja Leinonen says: We are looking to strengthen the team with a professional in energy deliveries to grow our expertise toward a better future. You will enjoy a friendly, collaborative work environment with room for new perspectives and ideas. What you will do: Lead the energy delivery network to achieve set goals. Be responsible for the quality management of energy wood stocks in your area. Plan and execute cost-efficient transport programs with your counterparties. Act as the contact person for energy customers regarding delivery plans and responsible reporting. Guide delivery contract partners to achieve set goals as part of supply chain planning. Who you are: You have relevant education to support success in the role (e.g., a forestry engineering degree or equivalent). You have the ability to lead networks across a wide geographical area. You are proactive and active. You have good communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy working independently but also as part of a team. You want to develop more efficient ways of working.
