B2C Residential Sales Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a new Team Leader for the Southern Finland B2C residential sales team. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for residential sales and have the opportunity to build and lead your own team. You will take sales responsibility and organise weekly team meetings. You will coach and lead your team to excellent results. You will independently be responsible for your own and the team’s sales results and for coaching the team. The person we are looking for also understands the importance of long-term customer relationships and can manage customer work from the first meeting through after-sales services. The team consists of sales professionals who already have experience in sales. Your employment contract will be with Valokuitunen, and the position is permanent. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU As a proactive team leader, you are determined and results-driven. You understand customer needs, know how to address them actively and lead by example. Customer satisfaction matters deeply to you. You see challenges and sales targets as opportunities, and working under pressure does not faze you. You are also approachable and have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in team leadership and supervisory work is considered an advantage. The role involves travel in Southern Finland, but we hope you will live in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The role requires a sales background, a driving licence and access to your own car. We pay mileage reimbursements and daily allowances for using your own car. For the first three months, we pay a guaranteed commission of €400/month. The start date is by agreement, as soon as possible. BASIC INFORMATION Employment: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week Pay: €25–50/hour, with a target monthly income of €3,750–7,000 at 37.5 hours per week. Actual pay consists of a base salary of €15/hour + commission. Work area: Southern Finland, Uusimaa
