The Data Platform Marketing Manager - SELECT by DoiT leads the go-to-market for the data lake and Snowflake optimization business, partnering with product, sales, and content to define ICP and drive pipeline. Responsible for translating revenue targets into unified marketing strategies, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, and positioning SELECT as a differentiator in data workload optimization. The role focuses on Snowflake & Databricks optimization, data lake cost governance, and cost efficiency of enterprise data workloads. The manager will drive webinars, data platform campaigns, and programs that create measurable pipeline and revenue growth. This position reports to the VP of Global Marketing and is fully remote with location flexibility across East Coast US, Central US, and Canada.

Responsibilities
- Lead the SELECT / Data Platform business unit as primary marketing lead
- Translate revenue targets into unified quarterly marketing strategy
- Define ICP segmentation across Snowflake customers, enterprise data teams, and cloud data platform operators
- Centralize campaign prioritization across Growth, Content, BDR/MDR, and Creative
- Ensure SELECT positioning is clearly differentiated in the data optimization market
- Own strategy for data workload demand generation including digital campaigns and webinars
- Develop and manage strategic campaign briefs aligning messaging, audience, and economic value
- Position SELECT as intelligent optimization layer for Snowflake and other platforms
- Collaborate with BU Sales and Product leadership on roadmap and innovation
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or product marketing
- Experience marketing to data engineering, data platform, or FinOps audiences
- Familiarity with Snowflake, data lakes, or cloud data workloads
- Strong strategic planning capability with hands-on execution
