Position Summary Be part of a team that maintains and improves highly complicated Photolithography Equipment in a fast-paced environment. This position will be Responsible for the high-level maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of critical equipment in strict accordance with SOPs. This role involves detailed data logging, cross-functional collaboration with engineers, and the technical training of junior staff. The candidate must be able to problem solve and understand details of the photolithography system to be able to resolve unscheduled events. Effective communication, problem solving, and teamwork are key attributes an individual must possess. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Follow all safety protocols. Practice 5S methodology. PM activities on photolithography spinner systems. Data analysis to identify tool performance. Ownership & Accountability. Metric ownership. Problem solving skillset. Successful candidates will be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility. High level of initiative and desire to learn. Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes. Ability to meet due dates for action items. Successful candidates will strictly adhere to SOPs. Familiar with TPM concepts. Work hours: D Shift (night) – Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays.

Requirements
- Two year technical degree, equivalent military experience, and/or 2+ years direct applicable photolithography semiconductor experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with Clean Room Environment.
- Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Certifications.
