We are hiring sales associates for a permanent position in the non-food department at K-Citymarket Vantaa Jumbo. Explore our department store! Jumbo Mall is located near the airport with convenient transport links, and our store welcomes many customers every day. Customer service is our heart, and we strive to provide customers with a good shopping experience on every visit. In the non-food department you will join a team of about twenty people. You will be free to be yourself; everyone brings their own unique contribution to the group, creating a great atmosphere. We have an excellent onboarding program to learn the tasks quickly, with support from your supervisor and the entire team. You will be an essential part of the store’s success. You will influence customers daily: greeting, assisting with everyday choices, ensuring smooth transactions, helping with merchandising, stock unloading, and campaign execution. You will ensure products are attractively displayed and the store feels welcoming. The role also includes warehouse duties such as receiving loads and inventory. You will collaborate with your team and assist at the cash desk when needed. Required attributes include a service mindset, initiative, accuracy, and a proactive attitude; prior experience is a plus. You must be able to work during store hours and be at least 18 years old and able to work in Finnish.
