This role is to open and own one of Decagon’s largest verticals in Healthcare, targeting US Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences markets. You will build relationships with top health plans, IDNs, academic medical centers, and life sciences companies. You will write the playbook for healthcare selling, define ICPs, account plans, and qualification rubrics, and translate buyer pain into ROI cases. Travel is moderate. You will forecast pipeline and partner with product and engineering on healthcare posture. Compensation: OTE $340,000 – $380,000 + equity. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Decagon's healthcare vertical across Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences
- Close flagship, multi-year, 7-figure-plus deals anchoring the vertical
- Build deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders across the healthcare buying committee
- Author and iterate the healthcare sales playbook including ICP, account plans, qualification rubric
- Translate healthcare buyer pain into ROI cases for champions and CFOs
- Forecast and report on pipeline and revenue; bring voice of buyer into product decisions
- Maintain expert knowledge of healthcare regulation, payer/provider economics, and competitive AI landscape
- Expect moderate travel
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 4 years selling into healthcare
- Proven wins in complex, multi-stakeholder procurement environments with 7-figure deals
- Comfortable owning C-suite relationships across long cycles
