Building Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for two TECHNICAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS for our client sites in LOHJA. In this role you will be responsible for maintenance and service of HVAC, ventilation, fire protection and automation systems, including monitoring, periodic actions and tests, as well as minor repairs and maintaining maintenance records. One area includes technically demanding tasks such as pool technology, requiring broad technical expertise and substantial industry experience. In addition to indoor work, duties include outdoor site maintenance. You will work closely with client representatives and various stakeholders. Our client sites are located in Lohja and nearby municipalities, and you will travel between sites by company car. Shifts are mostly weekdays 7:00–15:00. This is a full-time (37.5 h/week) and permanent position. Start date as agreed, as soon as possible. The position pays at least the pay grade 7 of the Kiinteistöpalveluala collective agreement (15.50 €/h) plus possible shift allowances based on actual hours and education-based increases; personal increments based on demonstrated competence may also be paid.
