Logistics Playing Manager will lead the logistics function within the Sales Service Operation Team at the Tokyo HQ, overseeing shipping, inventory management, import/export operations and third‑party warehouse management. The role includes standardizing logistics processes, driving ERP (SyteLine) implementation to create an efficient operation with SyteLine as the Single Source of Truth, and actively performing logistics tasks as a working manager in a small team. You will optimize outsourced warehouses, migrate logistics operations to SyteLine, and plan future warehouse relocations and system‑driven logistics restructuring. Core missions include standardizing logistics operations, establishing inventory, shipment and import/export governance, embedding ERP‑driven efficiency, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting international trade compliance including exports. Responsibilities cover 50–60% logistics operations (shipping, inbound/outbound processing, inventory, delivery scheduling, export/import regulatory compliance using SyteLine), 30–40% process improvement and standardization (visualization of processes, SOP creation, reduction of manual/Excel handling, standardizing flows, driving improvement projects), and 10–20% master data/inventory governance (data maintenance, progress tracking in ERP, internal controls and audit support). The position is a hands‑on playing manager in a small team, with future plans for warehouse relocation and logistics restructuring. Requirements include practical experience in logistics/shipping/inventory, basic knowledge of shipping/receiving, experience with ERP (SAP, SyteLine), accuracy and proactive work style; preferred experience in import/export, process improvement, SOP development, ERP deployment, and a proactive approach to standardization. Japanese language at native or business level; English at intermediate level (reading/writing and communication acceptable). Working hours are 9:00–17:30 with flex options, annual salary range in JPY: 8,000,000–10,000,000 + bonuses, and monthly base of 570,000–720,000 with discretionary bonuses and annual pay reviews.
