Sales Manager

Quant Finland Oy seeks a service sales professional to support growth in the Finland–Baltic market. The client base includes well-known international and domestic industrial companies, and we deliver services such as installations, projects, expert services for maintenance shutdowns, and maintenance agreements. The role involves owning the local sales pipeline from prospecting to contract signing, opening new customer relationships, and building long-term partnerships. The candidate should have experience in service sales with a basic understanding of industrial environments and customers’ business. Travel within the sales area and to Nordic countries and the Baltics is required, with hybrid or remote work possible. The position is located on the western coast of Finland.
