Hot work guards in Hyvinkää! We are currently seeking attentive and responsible hot work guards for our client company in the Hyvinkää area. In this role you will work at the heart of safety and ensure that the work on site remains safe and smooth. What does the job include? The hot work guard’s task is to monitor hot works and take care of site safety in cooperation with other professionals. In your work you will follow safety instructions closely and ensure that work proceeds smoothly. Working days are generally weekdays from 7:00 to 16:30 and shifts are on a freelance/temporary basis. To succeed in this role you need: good cooperation and team-working skills, flexibility in working hours (shifts may include longer days for post-shift watch), a valid occupational safety card and hot-work card, proficiency in Finnish, and being of legal age. Previous experience as a hot-work guard is an asset but newcomers are welcome! What we offer you: a meaningful role in ensuring site safety, all necessary work gear, support from a responsive HR team for the duration of the employment, and a wage according to the building construction TES experience level, which for this role is 12.59–14.19 €/h.
