Sheet Metal Worker

Are you a welded metalworker with experience in thin sheet metal from Uusimaa? Location: Nurmijärvi. Employment: fixed-term contract, with possibility of permanent employment. Wellpack is seeking a thin sheet metal worker for diverse metal-structure, thin-sheet and welding tasks in Nurmijärvi. The company has long operated in the metal industry, producing various metal structures and tailored solutions with high craftsmanship. The job combines practical metalworking, welding, and customer-oriented work. You will participate in customer collaboration, such as light planning and sizing. Some installation visits to customer sites are included. It is a practical and versatile role for a person with broad metal-industry know-how and a willingness to take responsibility for your own workmanship. Work is day shift Mon-Fri 7:30–16:00, 40 hours/week. Requirements: previous experience in the metal industry; experience in metal structures and thin-sheet work; welding skills (no specific welding classes required); good Finnish language skills; proactive and customer-service oriented; driving license. Desirable: metal industry education; ability to read drawings and perform measurements; prior installation experience at customer sites.
